SpotlightOn – Oluwabusayo Adebayo

Oluwabusayo “Busayo” Adebayo has a total of 76 community service hours at Gary Comer College Prep. Additionally, he serves weekly at his church volunteering in the media department at Christ Apostolic Church. He also serves at the homeless shelter, and has volunteered passing out waters at the Chiacgo Marathon.

He traveled to Costa Rica this past summer helping endangered animals. He participates in CHAMPS Male Mentoring, Upward bound, National Honor Society, and he is a Posse Finalist as well as a NHS Chicago scholars Posse Finalist.

His dream is to attend Trinity College and becoming an aerospace engineer mechanical engineer and has a strong desire to to not only give back to Chicago, but also Nigeria. He envisions helping struggling communities while serving in orphanages and shelters
